Since 1992, Leitch heating and air has been installing and servicing complete home comfort systems in the Southern Maryland Tri-County area. We pride ourselves in exellence and customer satisfaction. We install and service almost all brands of equipment including all that are featured on this site and also offer backup electric generators.

We have a full service sheet metal shop based right in Southern Maryland and manned by experienced professionals. Every new install we do goes through a rigorous quality control inspection. We do a large quantity of heating and air conditioning installations in new homes; but we also have a department in place solely for existing homes. We believe our sheet metal mechanics and installation personnel are the best of the best and we encourage strong work ethics and quality workmanship in all of our employees.

Our courteous service technicians are all CFC certified and truly one of a kind. They will take the time to answer all of your questions and do their best to make sure you understand their answers. Our service technicians are always on call for those "couldn't come at a worse time" emergencies and are available during normal working hours for the maintenance that prevents them.
We also offer service agreements for those who like to think ahead.
